Including load, temperature, their distributions, health and performance. The product uses optical sensors with advantages like; EMI and explosive safe, use of one optical wire, long distances sensing, small integration footprint and suited for any environment. The sleeve can be obtained seperately and as an end-to-end solution including visualization on a dashboard.
A steel sleeve equipped with a mesh of fiber-optic sensors, which measure the strain distribution on the rotating asset, From this the load, temperature, speed and condition can be derived.
The measurement device acquires the sleeve measurements and offers robust and reliable real-time measurement with a high sampling rate as input for rotating asset analysis to load and condition
Software functions translate measured sensor wavelengths into physical parameters; load, temperature, speed and condition enabling the use for operation optimization or design validation.
